A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. Deposit goes toward the final balance.

We don’t issue refunds on completed services, but we do have a 48-hour fix policy.

We require at least 48 hours to cancel an appointment. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

We accept debit and credit cards only. We don’t offer pay-later options.

When you book with shelly, you are scheduling with a licensed cosmetologist, so a full salon shampoo service is included with your appointment.

We have a 20-minute late policy. Later than the grace time we may need to reschedule.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice at no penalty. The deposit is transferred to the new appointment.
